A test production is run with all the newly designed molds and devices under normal operating conditions and the results of the test runs with all parameters are documented thoroughly. Upon verification and acceptance of the tested products by our customers, product is run through the production line with all parameters being tasted once again for final verification (pre-production run) before regular production runs. The exact same process is followed for the modifications and design changes/improvements to the existing products.
